GAP: Max G force parameter fail for maxAcceleration #198

KSP 1.1.3 reintroduces max G for EVAs... 15+ Gs. Commenting out maxAcceleration for now in passenger contracts that have it until this is fixed by KSP. If ever.

looks like KSP 1.2 fixed it. time to re-add the code if I wish.
