Add ModuleAlternator to Wright First Flight contract to prevent solid rocket motors from having contract offered too early #216

Air breathing engines requirement is only just an intake requirement. Since the intake itself would pass it, anytime someone has an intake, but no airplane motor, the contract will offer. Argh. So limit contract to only when engines that have alternators and only when player has intake parts available to them.
