What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Eigenenummer und Präfix eingegeben
2. SMS geschrieben, läuft super
3. Programm verlassen
4. Nach kurzer Zeit wieder öffnen alles gespeichert, super!
5. Nach längerer Zeit wieder öffnen Eignenummer und Präfix verschwunden!
6. Und von vorne... ;)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Fehlermeldung falscher Benutzername bzw. Präfix eingeben wird verlangt

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

WebSMS v3.5.1 mit o2 connector auf Samsung Galaxy S I9000 (Firmaware: 2.2.1;
Basisbandversion I9000XXJPY; Kernel-Version 2.6.32.9; Buildnummer FROYO.XXJPY)

Please provide any additional information below.

Finde dass Programm klasse und würde auch gerne etwas dafür Zahlen,
allerdings nicht wenn ich jedes mal die Nummern neu eingeben muss. Dann nehme
ich doch lieder das dumme O2original Teil... :(

prefix+number are stored in international format?
like +4917012345 and +49?

what happens to settings other then number/prefix like theme settings?
are they cleared too?

did you import the settings from some other configuration with some kind of
backup tool? some users had similar problems.

please install the attached apk with full debug output,
reproduce the failure and send me the logs from websms' preferences (with
sendlog).

I also have the same problem. Everytime I open WebSMS, it says "Please type in
your number, prefix" etc. I do that everytime. As soon as I press back button
and return to application, it asks me again.

I don't use any taskkillers. Samsung Galaxy S, 2.2.1, JS3 stock.

Sorry, I Have note enough time at the moment. Maybe I can install the apk-file
during the next weekend too send you the information you need.

Yes I use the international format?

It seems to be the same to all settings, exclude the settings in the connector.
At the moment I can use the app, because of the connector remembers my number
for O2.

No, I don’t use a backup tool. I typed in all information on the phone itself.
