The SmsDroid app. Its a good app but everytime I want to compose a new
message or send one it sends me to my htc sense standard sms app and its
annoying. I would like to make your app as my default sms app, so is there
anyway you can fix this issue? Like make this app its own sms app like the
(Handcent or ChompSms) apps???

how in detail "do you want to compose a message".
did you try to use the smsdroid's widget?
i need some details, how the htc sense gui is searching for "sms apps". on
standard android, it's working.
and unfortunately i do not have a sense phone here. (i removed all the sense
stuff from my g2 :D)

Oh well I have a mytouch 3g slide and its htc sense ui over stock android :/
But I would like to compose or send a message from your app directly while
still using it, instead of directing me to the htc standard sms app I have
on my phone. That's the main problem I have and would guess most people do
too who have any htc phones with the sense ui stocked. Also can you add a
feature to be able to send pictures/videos and maybe even audios from the
SmsDroid app to??? :)

now i think, i know what you are doing :D
when pressing the send button in smsdroid, you are directed to the standard
messaging app. right?
but: sending messages never was the use case of smsdroid.
it was build to let read messages and send messages with ANY other messaging
app.
in fact it was built to send messages with websms.
and i now assume you do not have any other messaging app installed, that's why
it does direct you to the stock app, instead of asking you which one you want
to use.
and i won't add mms support as long as websms does not support mms. ;)

Yes!!! Lol well I guess that's probably the issue I was having and not
understanding the purpose for your apps in the first place. But it would be
awesome if you do support mms on both websmsdroid apps in the future :)
thanks for your help for taking your time out to respond to my emails.
