Pallet Indicator #456

we already did it in Aiku: Pallet Returns (app/Enums/UI/Fulfilment/PalletReturnTabsEnum.php line 40)

we need it in other place:

Pallet indicator should only exist when the state is in 'booked in' and 'true' when there is at least 1 pallet isn't set location yet image
