cgroup v1 support #22

Trying to get Home Assistant working on this Debian release I see it complains that cgroup v1 is required. As far as I understand to switch from v2 back to v1 I'd usually put systemd.unified_cgroup_hierarchy=0 in grub file but this build uses different bootloader (I'm on emmc). Can you advise how to get cgroup v1 working?

Configured that option in /boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf and it works.
