Post Blockchains Workshop videos #151

Videos 8, 9, and 11 should be excluded due to lack of audio or lack of permission to post. Videos should perhaps be posted on a webpage devoted to the workshop?

@ajuels Ari, is it okay if we upload videos to e.g. YouTube? Maybe we could create a channel for IC3. Doing so would provide better user experience than downloading the video files from our website.
