I think it would be good to add other STAC resources. e.g ArcticDEM V4 (much better than V3) is available through AWS. https://registry.opendata.aws/pgc-arcticdem/

Cubo (https://github.com/ESDS-Leipzig/cubo) might also be a option to access data to custom STAC catalogs
