The OTR plugin (http://public.beuth-hochschule.de/~s30935/) uses its own 
patches for Psi. This should be adapted to Psi+.

The most important function to add is to enable plugins to intercept outgoing 
messages. Perhaps, there are few other things to add but I'm not sure about 
them yet.

After detailed review I found that there is no need in popup messages at all:
* most of information, warning and error messages may be directed into the chat;
* dialogs related to authentication process should stay as they are.
