It would be really great if we could save 2 (or more) complete UI layouts 
(screens, icons on the screens, icon folder chosen as home in app tray).  This 
would allow you to have a "work" layout with all your screens optimized for 
that environment, and a "home" layout with all your personal stuff, etc.
Sense UI has something similar.
