网易云跟帖不能启用 #85

网易云跟帖启用不了，在网易云跟帖后台设置绑定后的域名，不行，设置 username.github.io ，提示URL已存在，云跟帖 ejs 组件下面的 src 网易云跟帖改了，我在主题了改成新的，还是不行，谁成功了，望指点一下

已解决，启用后，要执行 hexo d 推上去才看到
