Improve Collection API #14

Starting from v0.7.0 some useful API of Collection component are missing. I open this issue to integrate them back. The primary focus of this is to allow more control over collection state. Will probably add:

[ ] State initializers
[ ] onStateChange
[ ] stateReducer
