The new 'master' branch will be 'main' and it will be a library published on npm. This PR is a placeholder. I plan to delete the master branch and make this the new default branch.

[ ] Update TypeDoc signatures (things have changed!)
[ ] Get tests working again and in ci
[ ] Package SPAKE2 library so that downstream clients don't have to do that manually
