Select all -> backspace to clear notebook doesn't work on Firefox #38

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load the welcome notebook in Firefox
  2. Press cmd-A
  3. Press backspace

Nothing is deleted and it leaves the notebook in a wonky state.
