Unknown error: see logs #57

Been seeing this a lot, and for very simple errors. For example: http://livebook-staging.inkandswitch.com/d/kLY0BR4jxJdN

Removing "see logs" would be a help (most users won't know what that means), but in general doesn't feel like something so simple should be unknown.

Got fixed in recent runtime refactor
