Handy as spellcheck is, on Chrome+Mac it's kind of stupid and marks proper nouns with ugly red underlines. "Livebook" and "IPython" are two prominent examples.
Doesn't look like there's any way to tweak this behavior (controlled by the OS / browser) or even restyle the red underline to be less obtrusive, so I elect we disable it. Up for discussion though.
