Implement a helper script for zone reloads #100

The rndc invocation in bind::zone needs to include class and view parameters when a zone is included in multiple views. Not an easy problem because the information isn't all available together during the puppet run.

Thanks for working on this, very much appreciated. I have closed my old PR (#91). Are you planning to release a new version on forge soon?

I've been working up to a 6.0 release. There's a breaking change for RedHat-derived systems that I was holding on a branch and merged into master last Monday. There have been some other PRs this week and this is the last one.

This change is included in version 6.0.0 of the module on the puppet forge.
