Redhat default zones #69

Add support for retention of default zone data and configuration on RedHat and RedHat-derived systems. The module already supports this on the Debian family.

I will make another change to this branch to allow a user to disable the default zones as an option, but I would like these zones enabled by default. I think that including them is the sensible choice for most users.

Generaly, people split authoritative and non authoritative server. But if the capability to not include default hint zone is provided, it make the job.

I would like to delay merging the work on this branch into master. This will be a breaking change for some system administrators and so I have added information and some warnings in #70.

Until then, I have created another branch called 6.0-prerelease and merged this branch into it. Between now and May, I will merge other PRs into both master and 6.0-prerelease, and then finally merge 6.0-prerelease into master in May after #70 has been released for some time.
