Use tsig parameter for dig, too. #8

Add the tsig_param when invoking dig using the -y command line option. This allows dig and nsupdate to operate in the same view when views are matched by tsig signature.

@schirmacher, does this solve for issues #3 and #5? I will test this myself when I get a chance, but that probably won't be until Monday at the earliest.

It fixes #5 but I am not sure why it also should fix #3.
