Base changes for module version 6.0 #95

I've been sitting on a prerelease branch for version 6.0 of this module for a few months while hopefully the 5.1.x/5.2.x versions get put into use and people see the warnings in their logs. I think it's time to release it.

The code change it quite small, but the impact is fairly substantial on RedHat and RedHat-derived distributions. See the DEFAULT_ZONES.md document for details.

This change is included in version 6.0.0 of the module on the puppet forge.
