feat(dictionary): add pt-br support #18

Add pt-br language support

I'm planning to upgrade the core editor in the future and this spell checker plugin will be deprecated then. The new editor will support the system builtin spell checker. Dictionary files are huge and adding them makes the plugin too bloated. Sorry but let me close it.
