Feature request: TODO pane #467

Hi

I'd like to request a feature to be added. I'd like to have a pop out list of all the TODO entries in my project across includes.

I have a large number of includes in a large project with TODOs in them. Being able to see them all in one place would be ideal.

Currently we list these in the toolbar (hovering over the green icon at the top centre.)

Assuming you’ve found this list, what are the main differences between that list and the one you’re imagining here? --

Really, permanency. The pop up is fine but if you've got 50 includes and multiple todos in each, the Popup is really nothing more than a notifier.

It would be useful to have a list, scrollable, perhaps showing location, the text etc. It's just manageability across a larger project.
