Lower claim block price #5

Currently, a claim block costs 2 KST. With all my Krist, I could buy around 60,000 claim blocks, which is around the size of the Reichstag claim, which is nowhere near the size I'd expect for that price.

√(60,000) is about 244x244 for the actual size of the claim
