vp3 export doesn't work correctly #99

When exporting Files to vp3 there are some changes made to the paths. This changes leading to gaps while filling an object. Even if i load a correct vp3 file created by the mySewnet software and just save it again, inkstitch changes a few things and some paths are moved. Accordingly their must be a bug in the export script. I added two pictures with the correct vp3 generated by mySewnet and the wrong vp3 generated by inkstitch by open the correct vp3 and then save it again.

the upper picture is the wrong one and the lower picture is the correct one
