Add -Xlint equivalent for Scala 3 #23

Is there such an option? Doesn't seem to be at the moment.

E.g., for unused imports which are currently not warned about in Scala 3.0.0-M2.

If so, update build.sbt. If not, delete FIXME in build.sbt.
