New espresso machine #112

Implementation of espresso machine sketched here.

All criteria are specified in tools/build_package/criteria.py. Some are auto-generated by analysing EspressoProblem, and others are defined manually.

This pull request also implements the feature written in: https://github.com/inlab-geo/espresso/issues/105, which will be closed after the comment is addressed.
