#114 upgrade packages

Couple of changes with this PR, the one with the most potential to break everything is the upgrade of Next.js to 9+

• Upgrade all packages
• ESLint error fixes
• Removed fontawesome package as we are not using it
• Updated link component use, only internal links should use the component
• Moved static directory to a new public directory (change in next.js)
• Moved from a custom server to out of the box with Next.JS - now supports custom APIs
• New API for events - /api/events - just pulls from Meetup.com
