Notification is cut off when an error occurs after creating account. #117

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to http://localhost:3000/authenticate
  2. Click on create account
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error notification that appears on top.

Expected behavior I should be able to clearly see the notification after error occurs
