FEAT: Carthage support #57

I made a quick update and library is now supporting Carthage. I also added an appropriate section into the README.

@jakubpetrik I bumped minor version to 0.17.0.

There is one more thing - you can provide binaries with each release for Carthage. I can help with that or you can just simply follow the instructions in the official Carthage docs.
