Image is of a rough outline of what we want to change concerning the visual layout of GNU radio as well as what we want to do for the block list.

FYI: We can continue to use this issue to upload future images.

@gchadwick10 In class we basically brainstormed the specific aspects of the layout that we wanted to revise (the middle red list)

In the lower left is a list of priority team tasks, largely revolving around getting ready for any coding to be done. (Need to poke the code team again about how we want to split those responsibilities.)

The stuff in black ink is a bunch of ideas we were throwing around for revising the blocks list on the right sidebar of GNURadio.

If you could, please look this over and see if there's anything you want to add or need clarification on. Thanks!
