Register audit actions on notification messages

The goal of this ticket is to introduce notification message audit log. These events are actions such as: mark it as read/unread and clear it from the notification drawer.

Each of these actions should be logged in a separate table. When a user is authenticated, the username should also be logged.

The record should contain:

• The notification message id
• The timestamp
• The action
