Hi @tianshilu, Thanks for the method! I want to know how to use 'SClineager' to construct a tree with somatic mutations. Can you give me some suggestions? Thank you very much!

Hi,

I am Seongoh Park, one of the developers of this package. I am sorry but Tianshi Lu is now working in the industrial fields and I am not sure if I got your question correctly. Does it mean how to visualize the results?

Best,

Hi, Professor Park, Thanks for your reply. Yes, I would like to know how to use the sclineager to construct a lineage tree based on mutations, so that I can get the lineage relationships between different cells. I don't know how to visualize cells with different mutations as an evolutionary tree.

Where exactly do you have difficulty in using our package? That might be easier for me to help you out.

After running SClineager,I got these files under the processed folder, fig1 Which function can I use to construct a lineage tree like this picture shown in your paper? fig2

inmybrain commented 4 months ago

@wtwt5237 Would you please help this out? I do not have an idea how to create the figure. Was this done in R?
