fix in case of multiple extensions to input filename #20

Fixes a problem where output filename and log file name were incorrect from CDR3Translator. Issue occurred for files with multiple file extensions (e.g. compressed files - example.freq.gz).

Fix removes all file extensions from input before adding suffix.
