ability to specify multiple chains if desired
e.g.
python SC_Decombinator.py -fq R1.fastq -c "a b"
Decombinator will also recognise if mutliple chains are in file name, e.g. alpha_beta_R1.fastq
alpha_beta_R1.fastq
Output has been changed so that the chain is given as the first element in each output line.
