Add ability to trace tests back to their requirements #17

This is a big issue and will require some work to setup in a sufficiently flexible manner. It may require its own "backend" system.

We should also discuss whether it is possible to automatically vs manually tie tests to their requirements.

Finally, it would be great if the document(s) generated from the traceability can include links back to the github code!
