PR adds validation to prevent circular concept relations

I would clearly state in the method names and messages, that it's about the related concepts.

one test fails btw

Hmm related_concepts checks all concept relations (broader, narrower, related). Maybe it's a good idea to mention problematic relation (eg. Concepts must not reference itself. Please check broader relation), but then we need to translate relation class name. My intention was to implement a generic validation.
