Please make sure that you start a job worker to process import file. From command line you can invoke a job worker with bundle exec rake jobs:workoff
. It's also possible to start import process from command line completely. See https://github.com/innoq/iqvoc/wiki/Importing for details.
Thanks for responding. How can I kill of the failed imports that are still trying to run? Also, are you saying that it actually isn't possible to import entirely via the web interface, even though the documentation at https://github.com/innoq/iqvoc/wiki/Importing says it is?

Hello, we are currently having the same issue that imports via the web interface only run when invoking the job worker. When invokint the job worker multiple times jobs already worked off are processed again (which leads to multiplications in for preferred label). How can the list of jobs be cleaned?

When I try to import an n-triples file, an import job is created but the gear icon in the "Finished at" column on the Import page never stops spinning and the import never completes. When I reset the Thesaurus and try to import again, all of the previous failed import jobs show up on the Import page along with the new job, and all of the jobs have a spinning gear in the "Finished at" column. After a couple failures, I tried to import a truncated n-triples file that has a small amount of content, but the import never finishes with that file either. Here is the content of the truncated n-triples file:
