The reports page is visible to ANON user. Should not be.

This needs to be deployed on AAP too.

@sumeetpareek @tkuldeep The left side bar block, which contains all the links displays access denied for anonymoys user, IMO this block should only be visible to users having role adminsitrator or kabootr administrator,

My planning :

i will add code for this in kabootr_configuration, so that we will not have to do this manually through UI each time.
As well as for reports view will add eligibility criteria in views so that this view is only accessible by drupal admin and kaboot admin

@sumeetpareek for disabling kabootr_left_navigation block i tried hook_block_info_alter, and some more hooks related to block, but i was unable to control the visibility setting according to role. Another solution i thought was of writing a query but that is not a right thing to do. so for now doing this from UI for DCD release.
