Delete all the users from the aap-kabootr except users having uid =0 & 1

After deleting all the users, create a list of volunteers from the aap sandy messanger, import them to app kabootr

@sumeetpareek Following things are deleted from aap-kabootr :

all users are deleted on aap-kabootr, for deleting the users @tkuldeep created a rule according to which whenever a user account is deleted, it will be unsubscribed from all the categories.
All newsletter categories are deleted.
