Updating how flatfields are constructed. Still using both the fields … #187

…with and without baffle but smoothing them using Savay

golay and merging them using multiflication rather than addition which I think is less physically correct.

Also removing option to have flatfields made from Low Signal Mode measurements as they are just worse and we dont even have them measured with the baffle on.

Finally adding plotting option to plotCCD_image so you dont have to specify figure or axes.
