Hitpix and se #190

Hot pixels and single events are now added. Not that after merge you will need to include these tables in your calibration.toml file.

Also I think the unit testing is obsolete and we should look over it again @lindamegner

I dont seem to be able to review this anymore just because I left a comment. Is that the way it is or am I missing how it works? Anyway, I think it is OK now.
