Added error flag for when flatfield correction is larger than 5%

This has not been proberly tested and I am not sure about hte output. I am confused as to that I only seem to get one array out from all the error flags. The array I get seems OK and makes sense as the error flag I expect, but where are all the other dimensions that should hold the other error flags. Maybe it is my testscript that is doing someting wrong. Could you check the error flag output from L1_calibration to see?
