Leaflet map not displayed in emulator #81

The leaflet map is displayed in the browser ionic serve but not in the emulator ionic emulate android or ionic emulate ios.

Using the inspector you can notice that the tile has the protocol not defined in src tag. The browser assumes http://, but the android and the iOS simulator assume a local file which does not exist. 6d9302c9d31fdecf1f579a553864618c7fda3d5b
