In this small PR, I've included pipelines for requesting patents from The Lens database, permutating months, years, and jurisdiction.
Disclaimer
The trial period with The Lens ends on 1 February. Monthly rates for patents are 100,000, or 5,000 requests. Using the API is as such not feasible, and getting a subscription for it sits beyond the scope of this project.
Given the above, this pipeline should not be used, but I'm pushing it for legacy purposes and revisiting it in the future.
