JupyterLab 4 extension broken #3

I thought it was working, but now it doesn't seem to work.

And I can't get a build environment to work at all (yarn keeps saying to can't find the package, and I can't find a way to properly add it to the yarn.lock file). Going back to using JuptyerLab 3 - the overhead of getting skilled up to develop anything reliably for JupyterLab 4 is beyond me for the only occasional once a few days every year I have to commit to this. :-(

Following the apod extension tutorial, I can get it to build and run in a conda env, but it doesnlt work when installed in the same version of juptyerlab that I use in the TM351 container?

The 0.4.0 extension does work, but I messed the tags up; we can use this extension if we reflow all the tags on the TM351 notebooks. If I'd added the user settings, this would have been fixable (If I'd added the user settings, this may not have happened!)
