Create a simple wrapper for using pyspelling and my summary report tools:

[ ] create a ipyspell.yml file on the fly for a specified path (-c for a new path)
[ ] ensure that a .wordlist.txt is present as per the path in the config file
[ ] run the pyspelling report (it would be nice if this had a progress bar)
[ ] generate the summary report
