Generalise empinken tag updater - add old-tag/new-tag options #23

Make the empinken cell tag updater a more general tool by allowing user to add one or more additional old-tag/new-tag combinations via the CLI.

It might also be useful to have a switch (--warn / -w) to warn on cells where there is more than one empinken tag set (there should only be zero or one empinken tags set on a cell)
