What does this PR do?

Adds delete confirmation dialog in history page

Issue

Fixes #172

What changed?

Added alert dialog component
Added confirmation dialog for delete in history page
Added missing try catch block in handleDelete function

Why these changes?

To avoid accidental deletes
It's an improvement
