Can not download.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In the android market it does not show up, and when I try to download it 
from online it will not download what-so-ever. It says "Application can not 
be downloaded on this phone." Yet I could download the Configurater just 
fine. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using a Android Eris, Version 1.5.

Please provide any additional information below.

Please provide us with more information regarding this issue.  What application 
are you attempting to download, it's not listed anywhere in the issue report.  
This issue will close in 7 days if I do not hear back regarding the problem.
