[TTS] - Force Close on Android 1.5 #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using android 1.5
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Edit settings, hear the voice, actually work...Nothing..it closes out of
the program

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android OS 1.5

Works very randomly for me also with 1.5.  Sometimes it actually works, 
normally it 
does not.  Also if I don't set the check for install flag to false it always 
crashes 
whether the TTS apk is installed or not.

It works fine it it just needs a way better voice set

It don't Works in android 1.5, I follow the tutorial of this web and don't 
works...
when I rum my app in my HTC Hero I take this error "The application xxxxxx 
(proccess
com.xxxxx) has stopped unexpectedly. Please Try again. 'FORCE CLOSE'".

Check that you have an SD card inserted (well inserted).  It failed in a silent 
force
close on an emulator that had no SD card emulation.  The lack of proper 
handling for
this condition is likely a bug.

This issue is not repeatable.  Please provide more details or a specific use 
case where this occurs reliably.  Also ensure you have updated to the latest 
version of Android and TTS Extended available for your device.
